If Super Ad Blocker is blocking no ads, then please check that the following are true:

1) Super Ad Blocker is enabled, running as the red X icon in your system tray.

2) Your ad-blocking options are turned on. You can see these settings in the Super Ad Blocker user interface under the "Ad Blocking" tab.

3) You are using Internet Explorer, AOL or MSN when you surf with Super Ad Blocker enabled.

4) You are running the latest version of Super Ad Blocker. Please verify this by right-clicking the Super Ad Blocker icon and selecting "check for Updates...". If updates are available, please download and install.

5) You have rebooted since your original installation.

If these checks do not remedy the problem, please try disabling temporarily any IE toolbars you may have running. This would include products like Yahoo! Companion, MSN Toolbar, Google Toolbar, etc.

If you are running a competetive ad-blocking product, please disable it as well as it may be interfering with Super Ad Blocker.

If you still cannot get Super Ad Blocker to block ads, please try the following:

1) Uninstall Super Ad Blocker through your Windows Control Panel.

2) Reboot your computer.

3) Download the latest version of the install package from our website.

4) Install Super Ad Blocker. Follow the reboot direction when prompted. It is very important that you reboot your machine.

5) With Super Ad Blocker running after the reboot, open IE and try again.

In any case, please right-click in any IE window and select "Report Pop-Up from Site" Follow the wizard and use your email address when you do so we can contact you to assist in solving the problem. The ad-reporting process gives us some basic information about your system and may help us determine what is going on, assuming that the guidance above did not help you.
