If you close your reseller account, you will be paid the balance within a 30-day period. We offer a 30-day 100% unconditional money back guarantee on our products; any refunds for purchases credited to your account will be deducted from the next scheduled payment. Promotion and Marketing Guidelines Sample marketing and promotional materials will be provided for you. You are also free to create your own materials that best suit your site. We do allow promotion in newsletters, but we do not allow promotion in spam or unsolicited e-mail. If you are reported for spamming we will terminate your account immediately.
